I do NOT allow my artwork to be used for NFTs or GenAI at all.
WIPS are sent to approve each step before final renders. If after 3 changes/edits are requested the client may be subject to additional fees depending on the change.
Commissions are for personal use only.
Refunds are subject to the amount already started on the artwork. (Ex: If 50% of the art is done, client is to receive 50% following discussion) If I have already started end-stage shading there is no refund, though I will try to discuss any concerns.
I hold the right to refuse a commission for any reason, whether for controversial material, time constraints, etc.
I hold the right to use artwork as a portfolio example unless requested not to by the client/owner beforehand.
